Author Guidelines
1. Scope
Ecolawria: Journal of Law, Economic and Sharia welcomes original research articles, literature reviews, and conceptual papers in the fields of law, economics, and sharia. Submissions should be relevant to the journal’s scope and contribute to academic and practical discourse.
2. General Requirements

Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.

Manuscripts may be written in Bahasa Indonesia or English, using proper academic language.

Submit the manuscript in Microsoft Word format (.doc/.docx).

Manuscripts should be 4,000–7,000 words in length (excluding references).
3. Manuscript Structure
Each article should contain the following sections (flexible for conceptual papers):

Title: Clear and concise, max 16 words.

Abstract: 150–250 words in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Keywords: 3–5 keywords, separated by semicolons.

Introduction: Background, problem statement, objectives, and relevance.

Literature Review: (if applicable).
-
Methodology: Research type, data sources, and analysis techniques.
-
Results and Discussion: Findings and critical interpretation.

Conclusion: Summary and/or recommendations.
-
References: Compiled using APA Style (7th Edition).
4. Writing Style

Use Times New Roman, 12 pt font size, 1.5 line spacing, standard margins (4-3-3-3 cm).

Apply APA 7th Edition citation style for both in-text and reference list.

Use reference management tools like Zotero, Mendeley, or EndNote.

All cited sources in the text must appear in the reference list and vice versa.
5. Plagiarism Policy

Manuscripts will be checked using plagiarism detection software.

Maximum allowed similarity is 20%, and direct copying is strictly prohibited.

Manuscripts with excessive similarity will be returned to the author.
6. Review Process

Manuscripts that pass the initial screening will undergo double-blind peer review by at least two reviewers.

The typical review duration is 2–4 weeks.

Final acceptance is determined by the editor based on reviewers’ recommendations.
7. Publication Fee
-
There is no submission fee.
-
If accepted, an Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 100.000 applies.
